URLs not followed

I saw in the Web Crawl of my Goolge Webmaster Tools that 52 pages from my forum got "URLs not followed" error (Detail - Redirect error). Will this affect my forum rank?

When you visit the URLs manually do they work ok? Are there any common characters in the URL that they share that are not found in other URLs that work ok?

When I visited manually, they are fine. Since I use Vietnamese, most of the characters in the URLs are in UTF-8 (I think). And any url that has special characters got error.

For Ex: the very first url in the list is actually this when I visit manually:

as I see, all entries are registered on April 1st, did you have any further errors reported (after this issue was resolved via support ticket).

For other days after that day, no. So everything should be ok?

It should be, please check your reports after a while to make sure though.
