Hi Jono,
You should be able to simply follow the standard upgrade process, as outlined in the readme file, just make sure you do a backup from your vbseocp.php just in-case.

I just backed up vbseo-all.xml
I have successfully upgraded to the point where it now says
Click on the 'Browse' button within the 'Upload a Settings (.xml) File' box. so i can get that one i saved
But where is this Upload a settings box?? is it in vbseocp.php or in my vbulleting admincp?
Like do i have to do that part where i upload the .xml as my forum look as though the settings have not changed from the old vbseo, if i do where do i upload?
Ah i found it the new version has it under the tab
99.9% of the time, you will NOT need to upload the XML backup. Your settings are saved in the datastore.
