I followed the upgrade instructions to the T, and everything went perfectly. Although, I'm somewhat concerned that when you re-upload all of your previously backed up settings, wouldn't they overwrite changed configuration settings in the new version with the old version?

Good example of this is the Social Bookmarking option. When I upgraded, I noticed that all of my original social bookmarking sites were there, no Facebook (as mentioned in the release notes). I looked at the default config file shipped with 3.2.0 and see the code for Facebook, and it probably existed before I reuploaded my old settings which wiped out the new settings.

Now I'm wondering if I missed other new settings when I uploaded my old ones. Or am I just paranoid here?
