upgrade steps?

Can anyone advise what is the steps to upgrade?

My vbulletin is currently 3.6.8, vbseo 3.0.0

- Which should i upgrade 1st?

1) Upgrade vBulletin to 3.7.1
2) Upgrade vbseo to 3.2.0 RC 7

Or

1) Upgrade vbseo to 3.2.0 RC 7
2) Upgrade vBulletin to 3.7.1


- is it necessary to disable the vbseo plugin before upgrading vbulletin?
- when is the tentative period of vbseo 3.2.0 gold?

it doesn't matter which way you do it... but in general, its a good idea to do vbulletin first, as it requires much more work (template reverts, etc etc) and is the base product.

it is not necessary to disable before upgrading.
3.2 gold will be out shortly... there is no set date yet.
