Updated forum and vbseo, some old posts with accent problems

Hello!

I just updated my forum to vb4 and vbseo to the latest version.

Some of my posts now show erros related to accents.

It looks like newer posts don't show this error, and even when looking only to old threads, the errors do not appear in 100% of posts that have accents.

Anyone can help me?

My forum is in Portuguese, and I never had this problem before.

Did you backed up your vBSEO settings as explained within readme file and restored them back after upgrade ?

are you sure that this is really an issue related vBSEO?

When I understood everything correctly, these errors do not affect the urls, but the content of a post. What will be displayed instead of these special signes? Maybe a [?] symbol?

You can try to disable vBSEO in your Admin CP and check whether this issue will be fixed by this step.

I actually didn't, but I was lucky enough to have a one year old backup file and restored from that one.

You are probably right Fabio. I disabled vbseo and the problem was not solved.

No, but now I know that vbseo is not the cause of the problem.

I am trying to find out how to solve this.
