Update Services List

Does anybody have a nice-sized list of update services that I could add to the standard list of only three services?

There's literally a million sites you could possibly ping. I highly recommend only adding a couple of the larger ones as most other ones ping to each other and from the larger ones as well.

As Brain Said Also if you add a lot of these sites that's will make a server load I tried it Before (it was more than 1000 ping site )
Also I checked all the ping sites and there is a lot of them was timeout so I Make a good list no server load and not time out
