do you have your license key shown in green color in vbseocp? If not, please open a support ticket with your vbseocp password so that we can check this.

I thought I had answered this one... Your site was not entered correctly in the reg. dB - you should now see the license key displayed in red via your vbseocp. Simply copy/paste it in the field above it, save your settings and it should turn green.
