Twitter and Non-English replacement in URLS ERRORS

Hello, if you have a "on" Non-English replacement in URLS and you access into a thread with non english characters as: ¿Qué... opción, camión, etc...
I can't use linkback to twitter cause i get and error in all my pages with non-english characters replacement.

BUG? ERROR? how to fix this?

This is a limitation of twitter, and there is nothing we can do to fix it. If you allow special chars, it won't work.
