How do I get this? and is this a good tool to help get more traffic?

Tweetboard is separate to vBSEO, you would need to apply for an invite at their site: Tweetboard - True Twitter Conversation

As Ace said vBSEO allow easy integration of this service, much like google analytics. If you're having issues with that service, you need to contact their support at Tweetboard Support . We do not and cannot support technical issues of the 3rd party software here.
