Time to approve purchase?

I've purchased quite a few licenses of VBSEO over the years and it just seems to keep getting worse and worse as far as the time it takes from purchase, to the time the license shows up in the system so I can actually use it.

I made a purchase last night and it still has not been approved.

Is there a reason for this? What is the "estimated" time a normal purchase should take?

It should go through instantly. Last night we did have some issues with our vb4 conversion.

Haven't heard back from you. I'm heading offline for a couple hours for dinner/etc, so please open a ticket so another staff member can get your license straightened out.

Had to open a support ticket on the last one but it delayed me by 2 days.

Did another purchase yesterday and still nothing again today...

Sigh.... another ticket opened.

There's definitely something wrong with the fulfillment system after the site migration. Our most sincere apologies for the inconveniences.

Confirmed. If you purchased via Paypal, the email is currently not being carried through from the shopping cart to PP. I've reported this issue to the devs and it should be corrected shortly.
