Support not working.

I've transferred my vBulletin over to a new URL, and wish to transfer the vBSEO license to the other URL as well.
I know I have to ask this through a support ticket, but even the support system isn't working for me! I tried to sign in with my credentials, but then it said:
The username and password combination you entered did not match any user we have on record.

So I tried to make a new account, just so I could send in a support ticket, so I clicked 'Create Account' but then this shows up:
Our records show that you have already registered under the name of KHMedia. If you have lost your password, click here. If you would like to modify your profile, click here.

What do I do? All I really want is to just change the license of my vbSEO.

I think you should ask this vb queston at vbulletin not vbseo. To transfer vbseo it's another cycle which you should open a support ticket here at vbseo.

My vBulletin has already been transferred. My question is why isn't the vBSEO support tickets working for me? It wont let me sign in to send a vBSEO ticket.

I had a similar problem. I think it's glitch in the system cookies makes the trouble on login screen. Mr. Mert Gökçeimam solved it before for me. You can directly try to reach him.

No problem i think i created a lot of trouble at that time for this problem for Mr. Mert. Funny. I am shy now. Since last year i did not open support ticket and no more url transfers

Heh. Well, Mert Gökçeimam isn't on, it seems. Is there anyone else I can contact? I want to get the URL transfer done as quick as possible. The forums are now up and all, but I don't like seeing the red UNREGISTERED words in the footer of my board... What should I do to fix the support ticket system?
It wont sign me in at ALL. It says my user isn't in the database.

Staff don't assist on PM's . Sending a PM will have no effect. You should only create support tickets. Please keep in mind that average ticket respond time is 24 hours.

webmastersitesi please stop acting like a staff and forwarding users to wrong direction. We requested this several times from you via PM's but it looks like you won't stop.

I'm not asking to fix anything via PM. I'm asking in the PM if you could kindly make it so that I CAN send a support ticket. For some reason, it wont let me. It says I'm not in the database when apparently, I am.

If you want to login to our support ticket system, you should use the same username and the same password you use here in the forums to login. If you receive a error message related to your password, please try to recover it: https://www.vbseo.com/login.php?do=lostpw

If you still can't login, please let us know inmediately, so that we can assign manually a password for your account in order for you be able to login to our support ticket system.
