Support or Lack Thereof

Anyone who can help....I moved my forum to a new domain earlier today and needed to move the vbseo license too.

The support desk was super fast to tell me I had to uninstall the old product and then open a ticket for the domain change. I did that, now I can't get them to answer me to save my life.

Why Live Support for sales....but a ridiculously slow ticket system for support?

I am hoping someone can help me today.....I have to be out of town the next few days and I want to get this project completed.

Please consider live support in the future.
