    Sub Forums

Recently on my board we have a large number of threads about a specific topic (cooking knives). I created a sub forum to move these threads to but I was surprised that the path at the top does not show the parent forum in the path.

    My parent forum path is:

    Code:
    http://www.cheftalk.com/forums/cooking-equipment-reviews/

And my sub forum path is:

    Code:
    http://www.cheftalk.com/forums/cooking-knives/
I was hoping it would be like this:
    Code:
    http://www.cheftalk.com/forums/cooking-equipment-reviews/cooking-knives/

Any thoughts on this? Is this recommended?

Maybe you can try changing the forum and thread URL formats via vBSEO-CP,
to include forum_path instead of just forum_title

But I don't think it would be good,
as it would make the forum URLs longer and thread URLs even more longer.

Just my 1.5 cents (adjusted for inflation)
