strange URL behaviour on new installation

I just installed VBSEO(latest version ) on vbulleting which is 4.2 (also latest) here http://www.hostsobserver.com/ . I am not sure what i am observing is the way it is supposed to work. There is a latest post that have been done with the url as below.

www.hostsobserver.com/general-webhosting-discussion/2-website-audience-brazil-should-i-host-my-website-usa.html


However the same latest post is also being showed on the home page in latest post section of a forum but there it shows the URL as below

www.hostsobserver.com/general-webhosting-discussion/2-website-audience-brazil-should-i-host-my-website-usa-new-post.html

Any body can suggest any thing? Is it some misconfiguration or is it the way it works ? I am confused.

I just checked the URL and now even on the home page the link is correct which is Website audience is in Brazil . Should i host my website in USA .

However i still do not know if VbSEO was the cause? if yes then which setting i must modify to change it ?
