    Starting new site / New directory layout

    I was thinking of doing my layout a little differently. Any input would be awesome!

    Home - would be / of course
    blogs - /blogs/
    discuss - /discuss/ (forums)

    and so on.

    Is there a way to take the vB blog system and set it up like that, instead of forcing it to be in the /forums/ directory.

    Kinda like how vB SEO has theirs setup.

    Well we have vbulletin in the root, our vba page is index.php, and our /forums/ is a CRR of forums.php which is the forum home. You can do it that way, what were you planning on having at your root?

    Is there a way to find the CRR for the forums.php and a way to change it in vBulletin Settings?

    This would be the CRR if your vbulletin index.php file was renamed to forums.php

    Code:
    '^forums\.php$' => 'forums/'
    Also, you will need to change a setting in your AdminCP. View all settings, and find: index.php. Then in the text input, it should just be index. You need to change that to forums.

    Well now that I did the CRR...the forums are now /forum/f22 for example.

    Thanks for the help so far, I will read that thread and update more as I go.
