Google Sitemaps? It wont tell you the individual PRs, but will tell you the distribution...
Sorry, but I dont know of anything that will automatically check for the PR of thousands of pages at once. The load on the google servers would be rather high for something like that I would imagine.Ace Shattock / Crawlability Inc.
