Slow Support ??

I want a simple domain name change, last time i waited over a day after the first reply.. Is support always so slow???

How recently was the ticket that took a day to answer?

It was never resolved, i had to do a database backup, i was tired of waiting.

It was pretty recent, two weeks at most, but it may have been a weekend....

Can you give me the ticket # so that I can verify? We've been having a problem with the DeskPro support system. Basically, it is quite confusing when creating a ticket. Due to a usability design flaw in the system, it makes users believe their ticket has been submitted, when in many cases there is one more step to go.

I'm not sure if that is what happened in your case, but your ticket certainly should NOT have gone without a response.

there was an initial response, there was no second one
