Sitemap cannot be viewed by guests? I need to fix that

How can I fix that problem, I can only view my sitemap/archive pages only if I am logged on so really what that means is bots can't even access it.

I dont know if I select an option to do that somewhere but this is pissing me off and I need to get it fix right away so that bots can have access to it.
