Site id deead?

I am a vbseo customer and today I woke to check my site and it is showing this:

Site error: the file /home/cingular/public_html/vbseo.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_4.4.so to be installed by the site administrator.

now my site is down, can you explain what is could be?

Matt - You should upgrade to our latest version that does not require IonCube.
