several urls error

I have a problem with sitemap and needed his help.

Google tells me that I am 14 and I have several urls error:

Duplicate URL
This URL is a duplicate of another URL in the sitemap. Remove it and resubmit.

I try to delete it in webmaster tools google and it gives me:

I've tried google banning robots:

Disallow: /tags/||&gt.html

I deleted the sitemap from the server and I uploaded the new but as usual, giving the same error, someone knows how to fix it please?

Disable Tags pages from your vBSEO Sitemap settings and remove all .gz files and manually re-generate your sitemap
