Set Forum Title

Somehow I can't find where to set it.

CMS title is OK
Blog title is OK
Forum Title needs to be changed
Also "What's New" is just showing the Site title.

What am I missing?

What do you need to change forum titles too? You will likely need to edit the templates for the desired areas.

What templates do I need to edit?

Look at Villadominio.com (link in my signature)
CMS title = Villa Dominio -> OK (I can live with the main section name behind it)
Forum = Villa Dominio -> Bad -> Change to Foro Dominios
Blogs = Too long -> Change to Blog Dominios - Publicaciones recientes de Blog

Forum - This is set in settings -> Options -> site name /url /contact details
Blogs - edit template BLOGS
