Server Performance with vBseo

Just had a message from my webhost saying that vBseo is using an extra 15% of cpu/memory when it is running. They dont seem to happy about keeping me on.
Are there any stats of how much overhead it adds? Or settings to minimise overhead?

Can anyone recommend a host to support about 2,000 visitors a day, and at least 2GB transfer a day for around £20?

Have you thought about going vps? I'm thinking about making the switch soon so things like this don't happened to me when the time comes. There's a hosting company called vpsland that have starting package of only 15.00 us. and they are giving it with double the ram free.
