Server Not Respond after install vBSEO

Hello, two days ago
i bought vBSEO
then i get some problem
my server sometime get error but before i didnt get this error

The connection has timed out

but i'm check my server it's fine
load average

[root@poseidon ~]# uptime
12:15:03 up 1 day, 4:11, 2 users, load average: 1.05, 1.12, 1.03
[root@poseidon ~]#

any advice

i'm use Litespeed for my server

Your site appears to load fine for me. Does it happen if you log out?

yes, if first visit it's fine
but try go to thread/forumdisplay
then go back to home
so you can see server can "is taking too long to respond."

If the pages are taking too long to respond , you should contact your host and request information.

i manage my server by my self

Your server respond time is terrible. Page load time is close to 3-4 minute for me , there is no way you can succeed on SEO like this.
