SEO for paginated threads

Hi

Currently SEs see each page of a paginated thread as separate content.
Google now introduced rel="next" and rel="prev" to combine paginated pages into a chain.

I think vBSEO should utilize this for threads.

As a site note: vBSEO could make use of Microdata like breadcroumbs, thread creation time and such
