sending the mail

Hello, please know the reason but it has stopped sending the mail when it is running, tell someone how to solve it or can it be?

Which mail exactly are you wanting to be sent? Sitemap or linkbacks?

Sitemap, if sent before the mail confirmation of the fact

if you run it manually, does it error out?

not also true of any commands from me, or manual or scheduled

Did you check your email address in the settings file that it's entered correctly?
Can you receive normal mail from your server? (perhaps its getting spam-trapped?)
