please try vbseo_checkplugins2.zip script from this post:
*vBSEO Security Bulletin* All Supported Versions: Patch Release
and if you will get warning regarding datastore pluginlist, click "reset datastore" link.

In case if plugins check doesn't show anything and you still get db error emails, please open a ticket with ftp /admincp access for troubleshooting.
