Second sitemap

Hello,

I am closing to 30000 urls in my sitemap ( I don't want it to be biger ) so my question is :

Does second sitemap generate by it self or I should do it and should I also submit it to google WMT ?

vBSEO Sitemap Generator automatically creates sitemap files. You don't need to manually create them. sitemap_index.xml.gz file is a global sitemap file for all your sitemap files so if you submitted sitemap_index.xml.gz it will be sufficient.

Other words, I don't have to do anything, just leave it as it is?

at 30,001, sitemap_2.xml.gz will be created.

You should submit sitemap_index.xml.gz to google. it will contain an 'index' of all the sitemap files automatically.
