Removing VBSEO link from bottom of non-vb pages

    Hi,

I have a bunch of pages located outside the /forums directory that use vbulletins header/footer and take advantage of global.php. However, it is only using global.php to maintain sessions and take advantage of various vbulletin functions, but needs to vbseo overhead.

How do I remove it from those pages? It is still putting vbseo links at the bottom of the page, even though its outside the /forums directory. The ability to have vbseo ignore those pages inside the vbseocp only applies to files and folders inside /forums, but these are all located outside.

    Thanks.

Using the exclude option should work for any files. What is an example of an entry you added?

Sorry, but that doesn't answer my question. I already know how to do that, but it is for stuff outside the forums. Your exclude pages feature only captures pages inside the /forums or vbulletin directory.

"Exclude URLs" feature should work for pages outside vbulletin folder as well. What do you have this option set to and what is an example URL that doesn't work?

All I see is "Exclude Pages?" section. Is the Exclude Urls new in RC 7 or 8?

The exclude pages area is pages relative to the forum directory.

For example, I don't put ^/forums/index.php$ in the example, I put ^index.php$ in the /forums directory. Anything outside of this can not be referenced.

    Try putting:

    /index.php

if you want to exclude your root index.php, for example.
