Add rel="nofollow" to Links pointing TO Member Profiles FROM Forumhome
and
Add rel="nofollow" to ALL External URLs
are set to NO
should i set these to yes? do you guys do that?

I set yes to the both, but it`s up to you. However, I don`t like indexing member profiles from forumhome, I prefer giving the value to the categories and the new threads.
