i change my all Forum URLs

before

http://www.vbseo.com/vb/2/

after

http://www.vbseo.com/vb/m7-f2/

what the redirect code to put it in .htaccess

to tell google and search engine and vistor come from another sites

Please note that it is recommended NOT to change your URL formats to avoid issues with reindexing your content.

You can put this in .htaccess right after "RewriteEngine on" line:
