Redirect losed?

i think to have lose my redirect....
explaining better, some times ago, i have changed the name/link of my site but in the previous days, i have applyed some edit to my vbseoed forum,
these are the edit that i have doned:

can one of this addons do lost the redirect that i have addedd in my htaccess file?

in some pages my old forum link is not redirect to the new, before these settings all worked good.

But i don't know if there's some cookie that can cause this problem.
