Does anybody have any recommendations regarding optimal settings for memcache?

I am current using the following:

Weight: 1
Persistent Connections: Yes
Time to Live: 3600
Retry Interval: 15
Connection Timeout: 1
Minimum Object Size to Compress: 20000
