    Recent Topics on Non-VB Pages W/ vbSEO URL's

    Figured some people might be interested in this so I'll post this here also.

    DESCRIPTION
    This script will display the topics with the most recent posts on a non-vb page (any HTML page). The page it's on must have a .php extension or you should setup apache to parse the page correctly. The threads with the latest posts are on top. The output is a clean list in this format:

    Customizable options include:
    * forum ID - choose to only include or exclude certain forums
    * number of topics displayed
    * CSS class names for the topic name/url and last poster/date
    * and a few others

    Here's the vbulletin.org link: LBmtb's Recent Topics on Non-VB Pages (vbSEO edition) - vBulletin.org Forum

    Let me know if it can use improvement or bug fixing.

    That's how I had it before. But there were two things I didn't like. It wasn't real time since RSS is cached for a bit and RSS returned recent threads without regard to which one was replied to last. The RSS thing would make more sense on a huge forum. My forums get maybe 150 posts/day so this script gives me the threads that were REPLIED to last and there's no lag in the data.
