The original thread that I had replied to originally was moved to a part of this site that I do not have access to, so I am re-posting my concern.
The response to the thread was the following:
I did not receive an email confirming my purchase from Crawlability. I only received a receipt from 2CO. No follow-up emails, nothing.Juan Muriente

You should have received a confirmation email for your purchase. If your username was not recorded during the transaction, the email will detail instructions as to how to associate your username to your purchase.

I would appreciate appropriate access to the software I paid for. When I purchased it, there was a message stating that access would take up to 24 hours - that was 7/18.
