I want it to be

<title>Airsoft Team Sponsor - Airsoft Forums - Airsoft Forum Community - Only Airsoft | ChatAirsoft.com |</title>

so "airsoft is the first word but not just for this page everypage is this possible?

You can edit your forumdisplay template and add it to the beginning of the title tag there.

Same with showthread if you want it that way for threads also.
