    This is vBSEO acronym expansion, you can change what words you want expanded from the vbseocp.php file.

    I am sorry but I don't understand your question, to add more expansions you would add them in the format of

    'js' => 'JavaScript'
    If you just mean how do they work then they are just standard HTML <acronym> tag with the title set... the questions mark and dotted underline is set with CSS...
