Question about no follow in urls

Is this just a google thing? Cause I see Yahoo trying to reply to my threads and send private messages... I thought that this was supposed to be stopped without a robots.txt if you had vbseo installed? Am I missing something? I removed my robots.txt and I saw yahoo start going into these areas.

It is still a good idea to keep robots.txt in place along with the rel=nofollow features where possible.

Can you point me to a good robots.txt to supplement vbseo?
