About LinkBacksI currently have my analytics code in my headerinclude template. I have heard this does not take care of the archvie though. Does the VBSEO google analytics field cover the entire site and archive? Is it better to use this?

the vBSEO "Insert Google Analytics Code" feature is applied on every page processed by vBSEO, including archives.
You can check it in the source code of http://www.vbseo.com/sitemap/
