Proper vBSEO rewrite rules, for Nginx

Hi,

If you are using Nginx with vBSEO, see the proper rules.
I also included an update, explaining what needs to be fixed into vBSEO code, in order to eliminate an useless Nginx rewrite rule to inlinemod.php file.

I would appreciate if vBSEO developers look into this issue, as is very easy to fix.
I would also appreciate if you do not distribute the rules as "yours", instead please post a link to Axivo article.

Do these suggested changes apply to vb4 or vb3 installs only?

These are not an official suggestion. Any questions about the mod should be taken up with the mod author at this time.

Not an nginx expert, but arent you sending everything through PHP, including static content? That doesn't sound like a good thing performance wise.
