    Unhappy Problem with VBSEO Generated meta description

    Hi, I'm getting nonsense in my meta-descriptions on thread pages. Here's an example:

    HTML Code:
    <meta name="description" content="Toothpickweed BasicsGrows LikeForb/herbDurationBiennialU.S. NativeIntroduced to U.S.CategoryDicot" />
    This is from our plant encyclopedia page on toothpickweed (on our gardening forum). My instinct is that VBSeo can't handle the tabular data in the first post in the thread. Is there anything we can do to fix this? It's happening in descriptions all over my site!

    Just the spacing is messed up ? I'd think you would need to edit that hack that you're making those tables with.

    btw, you might want to set your archive links in the footer to "show only main categorys to guest"
    You currently have 250 inbound links on that page, it would be best to get that number closer to 50

    yeah, it's just the spacing that's messed up -- but I would think that would throw Google off. I didn't use a hack to create those tables, not really; HTML posting is enabled on that forum. Thanks for the tip on the archive links!

    That happens because you have html formatted table in the first post in that thread.
    That will be resolved in the next vBSEO version.
