    problem with subdomains

    Hi!

I am using three subdomains for different language versions of the forum. Like de.domain.com/forum for the german version and en.domain.com/forum for the english version.

vBulletin makes all internal links by standard to the URL entered in setup (in my case de.domain.com/forum) which is a problem, as users that enter at en.domain.com once they click somewhere, they are at de.domain.com again seeing the german version.

Anyway, I have changed the URL in vBulletin to /forum only, which makes the links work fine.

Now there are two problems with vbSEO:

a.) Threads display empty (no source code, white page)
b.) changing from one subdomain to the other causes this error:

Warnung: parse_url(http:///forum) [function.parse-url]: Unable to parse url in /includes/functions_vbseo.php (Zeile 2492)

Die Cookies konnten nicht gesetzt werden, da der Header schon an den Browser geschickt wurde.
    Datei: /xxx/xxx/xxx/forum/includes/class_core.php
    Zeile: 3023

    What could i do?

    Greetings,
    lapinkulta

vBSEO currently only supports a single domain, and goes by the Forums URL that is entered in the vBulletin options. (It needs to be a fully qualified URL.)

ok, i fixed the problem by turning off "absoulte URLs" in the vBSEO config. Now it's fine on the forum startpage, on all other pages there is this nasty "base href" added by vBSEO. I read in another thread that you wanted to add an option to the config as well to turn that off. I can't find it.

I would like to turn it off in vBSEO and activate a base href myself in vbulletin, depending on the subdomain.

    Thanks,
    lapinkulta
