My new server is using apache 2.2.9, SQL 5.0.51a-community, PHP 5.2.6 and VBSEO 3.2. Now server is overload twice a day :(. Anyone can help me fix it ?

What is your server specs ( ram , cpu ) and what are you online user number with 15 minute cookie timeout . Do you also use any php accelerator ?

My server specs:
4 GB RAM
2x Intel Xeon 5335 2.0 GHz Quad Core Processors
Second Intel Xeon 5335 2.0 GHz Quad Core Processor
Visits 20,000/day and I don`t use any php accelerator.

Can you please also share 15 minute cookie timeout settings .

online user number with 15 minute cookie timeout is 80 - 500. Can you tell vesion of apache on vbseo.com because I think my apache has some problem.
Iam using CentOS Enterprise Linux - 5.x - 32 bit. But I don`t know how to install and set config of xcache.
