Problem Accessing UserCP after turning on vBSEO

So we have vBSEO turned on and fully functioning and 2-3 guys can't view their User CP.

It says for them...

Invalid specified. If you followed a valid link, please notify the administrator

It isn't a usergroup issue because others in their usergroup can find it just fine. They deleted their cookies and there was no fix.

IF they have special characters in their username and you aren't using ID's, make sure you have enabled to rewrite more chars option.

vbseocp -> general settings -> character replacememnt -> advanced tab
Enable special characters in member URLs

I don't have this option in my vbseocp 3.3.2 How I can permit the use of @ in the name of my user?

I solved a part of the problem.
I can't activate MORECHARS for members because on username the blank space in the name became + and I receive a 404 error page.
So I put the userid in the member url and changed also the avatar.
Now when I'm logged in everything works fine.
If I'm not logged in and I try to see a user profile instead of the standard page saying "you don't have the rights .... " I receive a blank page saying that there is an error loading the page, using firebug I see that I receive a 301 error and also in the link to userprofile there are a lot of a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a .
