Is it possible to set up custom title and custom description?

Hello,
for forum and subforum (not posts) is it possible to have a custom title tag without changing url? And custom description?
I mean have the url
nameofthesite.com/url-of-subforum/
and set
title: "the title I like"
description: "my custom description"

You can use a slug to change the title while keeping the url.

vbseo doesn't control descriptions... those come from vb's forum manager.

I don't know, but forum slugs feature doesn't work for me on 3.5.1 PL1 and vB 4.0.6 . Can you reproduce the issue?.

Yeah, sure.

* I put for example this in forum slugs within vBSEO CP:

2 => 'forum-slug-example'

* Save the changes

* Then I go to my forum and I try to see the sub-forum with id #2 and I see the exact old name, not the new one I had set in vBSEO CP.

Do you need more details?, or that's enough?.

Please note that slugs will only function if you ONLY have forum name inside forum rewrite rules forumname-forumid will not work as slugs are not needed in those conditions.
