Please Help

I installed VBSEO a few weeks ago, everything was seemingly working ok and though it still might be I have a few questions.

My site is www (dot) randomchatter (dot) org

If you search google we are not on the first page any more even though it was at one time.

What happened was, I paid for VBSEo and used it for about a week, I was on page one for the term random chatter then their was a mishap with hosting (I was forced to switch) and now it is no longer on there.

Id like anyhelp that can be given. Or comments, suggestions etc.

ALSO-Is my sitemap working properly? http://www (dot) randomchatter (dot) org/sitemap_index.xml.gz

It doesent look like much is on there.....?
