Ping Trackback for custom forum templates

after updating to vbseo 3 rc1 its working fine & am using the new ping trackback system. its auto added/changed every templates edit, which is plugins based & easy to install.

but the problem with if you have custom templates. i've 2 skin for my forum, default vbulletin templates (its disbaled right now) & a huge custom skin. so every templates edit for vbseo ping trackback working/added/changed fine with default skin (as i can see that skin) but its not changed my custom skin. so i looked in the product file for templates terget option (or what its called) but didnt find any.

so can i get the menaul templates edit instruction ? it'll be helpfull for me & i think for others who use custom templates.

I believe that vBSEO automatically creates a collection of templates, which editable in the vBulletin Template system under the folder of vBSEO Templates. There you have total control over the visual display of the Ping and Trackback template and integration with your custom template.

YES! but those 3 templates is for about ping trackback & ping or trackback table under showtread. am talking about the drop down menu in showthread toolbar. in Posting Rules/Forum Rules table & others..

Yes indeed. However some elements are automatically inserted and do not depend on a specific vBSEO template.

We've kept these elements to a minimum, and have also added variables that can be used to "re-position" these.

Off the top of my head, these are the ones:
- Trackback dropdown right besides 'Thread Tools' (let us know if you are encountering issues with this one)
- Permalink link and Ping/Trackback acknowledgment icon: Use <!--PINGBACK_INFO--> to customize the location within your templates)
- Ping/Trackback acknowledgment table (let us know if this one is not displaying correctly): Use <!--PINGTRACKBACK_INFO--> to customize the location of this table within your templates.
