About LinkBacksI had three sites (different content and domain names) with different pageranks. These three are now combined. If I use one domain name then I get one pagerank and a different domain name a second score. What is the best way to protect the pagerank so the highest one remains?

Ignore PR completely, and use the best domain name for the content.

I agree with Brian regarding the domain itself having more important factors to consider than simply Google PageRank.
- Do any of the domains contain important keywords matched to your niche?
- How old are each of the domains? Has any of them been online for longer than the others?
- Which one of the domains has the most backlinks currently listed in Google, etc?
