Hi,
as I see, your main homepage ("/") PR is 4 now.
If you mean forums homepage, your pagerank seems to be distributed as following:
/forums/ - PR1
/forums/index.php - PR3
/forums/index.php? - PR1
So, if you'd like to keep existing PR value, you may want to disable "Force root as homepage" option in vbseocp (however that will keep your PR distributed between "/forums/" and "/forum/index.php").

I was using the main url without the trailing slash. Thanks for clearing up the forums thing tho. Pros//cons of combining the 3 forum links into one rank?
Using mutiple URLs for one page may split your PR value between them, while having only one URL per page will help to consolidate pagerank for your homepage.
