Page rank

Been using vBSEO for some time now. Although our forum is active and gaining lots of new members, I'm a bit dismayed to see that our google page rank is only 2 for most pages. Can VBSEO improve this? If so, how?

No effect on subpages either? I thought it would help better distribute pagerank and so obtain higher page rank for individual forums and threads than without it?

vBSEO through establishment of link consistency and consensus will help improve the *link value* passed both internal within your site linking structuring and from external inbound linking. We would expect positive PageRank impact, particularly on inner pages.
