Ordered installation - nothing happens

Over one week ago I ordered (and payed) an upgrade installation to vBSEO 3.3.0 - and every relevant info was sent to the developers here. But still there has been no action whatsoever.

How long will I have to wait for the service to happen? Last time I used you guys to upgrade the software, it was done in a matter of hours.

Hello Garamond, I am not seeing any new tickets from you. Do you have a ticketid or a ref number from www.vbseo.com/support/ ?

I have sent you all relevant information via the contact form at vbseo.com/support ("Ask a question"). I didn't find any "Send support ticket" button anywhere, and I have also sent you an email about that.

Can you please try to submit it again. After you type the information hit submit question. Then it will go to one more screen that asks if we have an answer for you already. Just hit the submit again at the bottom and it will be in there.

For the record, I think the interface on the new Support-page of yours isn't very intuitive.
